It was a pretty good experience spending Halloween night at the Night Safari. For one thing, the ‘ghosts’ are very professional. No matter how you try to make them laugh or laugh at them or make funny faces at them, they continue to remain in character.
Must do things include - taking the horror tram and walking through the horror trail. You are bound to be frightened, either by the ghosts or by those people screaming around you.
I would definitely go there again next year. The best part is, the more people the merrier. And of course, dressing up would be the ultimate.
Move over halloween nights at clubs, the Night Safari is the new hip h(a)unt.

Ever since a few years back, I have been receiving funny emails in my gmail account. It seems like people have been sending email messages meant for another Elaine Lim, but somehow ended up in my email account - worst thing is, they are all addressed to another email address.
Here’s a selection.
No 1 - All the way from US.
I visited the website and it is like some legal MLM thingy. interesting. Whatever puts the bread on the table.
N0 2 - Missed connection or match making?
I received this email the weekend after the parents match making session at Hong Lim Park. So I wonder…. Hmmm….
No 3 - Facebook
No 4 - Family photos
I think this particular Elaine must be living in Malaysia and comes from a pretty well to do family judging from the photos and the email details.
No 5 - Massage!
I don’t remember visiting any massage place and expressing interest. And I do not drive - so quite impossible that it is suppose to be for me.
No 6 - Another set of family photos
I think this is the same Elaine as No 4. I think.
No 7 - Another introductory email
Now I am worried. I am wondering if email that is supposed to be for me are being delivered to another account.
Strange ya.

星期一早晨，我拖着沉重的脚步上班。路上看到一名流浪汉躺在一张长凳上睡觉。
流浪汉身旁摆放了一辆陈旧的脚车。脚车上绑着一个纸皮箱，里面好像放了很多杂物。脚车的前头也晾了一条毛巾，看起来好像还有一点潮湿。
我想，那脚车和箱子的物品，可能是他所有的财产。
那天晚上下班，经过了同样的地方，也再一次看到了那名流浪汉。他带着愉快的笑容，看着两个正在玩耍的小孩，时不时还放声大笑。
流浪汉身旁坐着一名穿得非常整齐的上班族。 他们看的是同样的景象，但那名上班族却是一脸的不耐烦。
也许，当我们有的不多的时候，看起来非常简单的事物，也能够让我们感到快乐。
一旦有得太多，让我们高兴的事物，也许也没有多少。

A girl friend said that me not updating my blog often these days equates to me dating quite seriously. Ha. I wonder how she came to that conclusion. But well, I can’t say it is all together untrue. =P
