Love at first sight

It was an abrupt encounter. But I knew it was love at first sight.

And I don’t usually do this. In fact, I have never felt so strongly before.

When I saw your sturdy frame and attractive features, I can’t help but take a second, third and even fourth look.

But I know, you will never be mine. Because…..

The poster of the bag and Kate Bosworth was staring down at me when I walked passed the boutique at Takashimaya. I have seen the same poster at the same place for like SIX times this week. And many more times when I flip through the latest issue of Female.

I really have a soft spot for white bags. Gosh. I have not seen the actual bag though. I am hoping that departmental store brands like Commodite would make a copy of this original so I can grab hold of it. I have no guts to walk into the boutique and ask for the price. It is $490+ on the US website. Sigh.

Such a beauty isn’t it.

Why why why?

I am a proud victim of an effective marketing campaign.

PR nightmare

after a few classes in PR, i think I would classify the following as PR/branding nightmare. well, minor ones at least.

pr 1

spot the error. And this stayed on at an event for the entire day. the error in spelling is not fatal, it is whoever that allowed it to stay visible  for the entire day for all to see that has erred. hurr.

I think I can hear the McDonald’s branding people shouting. These signs for the new product were made out of Styrofoam and coloured with paint. Err, not exactly professional but maybe they were hoping for a more ‘homely’ feel.

i think i repeated this phrase like 10 zillion times in my japanese oral exam today.

Kill me! And my tenses were horrible. :(
