Yes. When you thought that the worst is over, things get even worst.
So I did manage to complete the advertising creativity and copywriting presentation slides in time, but there were some hiccups this morning when I was setting up the slides and videos in the tutorial room. To cut a long story short, by the time that I could present, I was so drained and quite panicky. And because of that, I think my presentation was really lousy, in the sense that I was speaking incoherently. My thoughts were all over the place…. Sob.
Gosh. I still have one more group presentation on Thursday. Have to go and complete the report and slides, which up till now, is still quite messy. I need all the luck I can get. So I think the perfect birthday gift this year is a fairy godmother who will grant me all my wishes.
Can things can any worst? But still, I am just going to show you the poster I did of myself for the case study I was presenting this morning. Ignore the mistake in the copy la, I missed out one word and is too lazy to change it.
Got Milk, anyone? Actually, i think it should 'Got Luck?' for me now.

Why is it that good things and bad things always happen to me consecutively? Is it a rule that they must go hand in hand?
The Good.
Big thank you to the Heartware peeps who celebrated my birthday way in advance for me at Michael's place! That was totally unexpected. Haha. Another successful ambush. Seems like it is becoming a tradition in Heartware to have birthday surprises!
It was also a great treat dinning at Michael's, Heartware Network's General Manager. His place is packed full with curios and not to mention Barbie dolls! I think he can really start charging admission fees to everyone who drops by, the place is like a museum! And not forgetting the great hospitality of Michael and his wife. They are fabulous cooks. I think I should add "able to cook well" to my criteria for the perfect husband. =P Pictures will be uploaded as soon as I get my hands on them!
The Bad.
My entire presentation file for my advertising creativity module was corrupted! After I have finished the entire d*** thing! I am actually quite glad that I didn't bang my head against the wall and scream at the top of my voice. This is the first time that this has happen to me! I had to start from scratch!! And since I had to start all over again, I got out of the house and went to library@orchard and Geylang East library to borrow those books that I wanted to borrow for the presentation initially. And now that I have finished the presentation (for the second time), I have saved it in ten thousand places and pray that nothing would go wrong.
And this small episode made me lose my temper on my mother. That I felt even worst than losing the file. =( And when I finally got home from the libraries, everyone was out. I think they are trying to avoid me. Haha. And they are not back yet still. Oops, I think I am not suppose to laugh.
Oh well.
One more week to recess week. Hopefully I get to sleep in. No early morning project meeting please, dearest project mates?

School's in the 5th week and it is beginning to become hectic.
So there will not be any 'solid' entries anytime soon as I have to juggle between my school work and personal stuff.

Somehow I have realise that there are things and people that you cannot live without and others that would be better if they do not exist in your life. Same goes to 'thinking too much'. Maybe less is really more and no news is really good news…
